We offer this as a free service to customers. Some jewelry is not meant to be worn on a daily basis and should be treated as so. We provide the knowledge and information about how to best care for each style and type of jewelry.

WARRANTY

We will replace any item found to be defective at no cost to you. All white gold rings receive free rhodium plating for lifetime of the item. First sizing is free of cost after presented.

(Does not cover normal wear and tear. Rhodium will be determined to be done so that not to speed up the aging process of the item)

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 15 days of purchase. Item must be returned with original packaging and show no signs of wear or alternations. Returns are not eligible on items altered or sized. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for in store item, or in store credit. Items must be in same condition as terms for returned items above. Custom designed, altered, and 50% or more discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
